Personalized responses
Some new functionality has been added to FormSpring — personalized responses. You can now use the data entered in a form directly in the web page confirmation message or email confirmation message. This enables you to address the submitter by name, or display portions of the submitted data back to the submitter for their records.
You can access this new functionality on the Form Settings page. Look for the links below the message fields which will insert tags such as {$1234} into your message content. Those tags will be replaced by the data entered into the form.
