Overview:

Custom Fitness Concepts (CFC) was founded in June 2003 to provide clients with a fitness program that fits their lifestyle. More importantly, we wanted to provide something that was missing in the fitness industry — customer service. Just one conversation with a CFC employee and it will be obvious that you are dealing with a professional organization that cares about you and is willing to help you find a balance between family, work, fitness and a healthier lifestyle.

Our clients include business owners, teachers, students, homemakers, marketing professionals, real estate agents, lawyers and nurses. All of whom are now able to find the time to incorporate exercise into their busy lives. We have every fitness level from the “non” exerciser to the weekend warrior.

FS: How did you hear about FormSpring?

CFC: One of my employees found FormSpring on the web. One of the most expensive parts of creating my Web site was the development and coding of the forms, once we found FormSpring it was a no-brainer.

FS: How do you currently use FormSpring?

CFC: We use it for a number of different ways. We have created client surveys, forms for online class enrollment , RFI (Request for Information) forms, and forms for free demos.

FS: How has FormSpring solved an organizational issue?

CFC: It allows us to capture client and potential client information in a cost effective manner.

FS: What do you like best about the product?

CFC: It is very easy to use. We are able to easily create forms, capture client/potential client information and access the data. We like the simplicity of it.

FS: What features do you find most helpful?

CFC: We think everything is easy but we like how we are able create a custom email that our clients receive after they fill out the form.

FS: What improvements to FormSpring would you like to see?

CFC: We would really like to be able to see the data from last submitted to first. Right now the data shows from first submitted to last, but we need to see the latest data right away.

FS: Any other tips/tricks/words of wisdom you would like to share with others users/readers?

CFC: I just like how easy FormSpring is to use. I am not a really a computer guy but I have been able to do this myself and I feel so smart knowing that I can create this on my own without having to pay someone to develop and code it.
