The holiday season is upon us and we want to be able to feel the joy of giving back to our customers! To that end we are offering TWO $50 (US Dollars) gift certificates to either iTunes or Amazon (your choice), if you are the lucky winner of our Holiday Form Competition. The rules are easy:

Create a holiday form such as:

  • What a job application for Santa would look like
  • A form for submitting your Christmas wish list to Santa
  • Proof of being Naughty or Nice
  • An opt out form for Santa not to visit

Post a link to your form in the comments below. Submissions will be accepted through December 30th.

We will pick a winner based on creativity, humor and use of FormSpring. We will post the winning form and form creator on the FormSpring blog for all to see!
