A while back we wrote about the integration of Google Checkout and FormSpring forms.  At the time we wrote that, nonprofit entities were able to process their donations with Google Checkout with no fees or set up costs.

Since then Google has changed some of their policies.  Now nonprofits can sumbit for the Google Grants program which is an in-kind advertising option for nonprofits. You can read the full program rules and eligibility requirements on the program details page.  If you do not qualify for the Google Grants program you can still take advantage of their low transaction rates.  Nonprofits will only be charged 2% + $0.20 per transaction through May 5 2009.
