On custom e-mails, description area fields and sections, FormSpring has a rich text editor that you can use to enhance your forms. Often people ask us how to insert pictures, links, videos, etc. into their form, and the rich text editor is the way to do this.
One of the things that got burried last week in our weeklong series of Online Forms that Convert was the announcement of the new field types and specifically our new Matrix Field. The new Matrix Field allows you to quickly build online surveys and feedback forms, perfect for customer support follow ups, event feedback, and much more.
We wanted to provide a full update on the service problems that FormSpring experienced today. On Tuesday, May 26, 2009 we experienced a number of outages over the course of approximately 2 hours that led to downtime of the FormSpring site, affecting your ability to build, view or submit forms. The first outage happened at 10:39am EST and intermittent outages or slowness continued until 12:42pm EST.
Update 12:40 (Eastern) You should be able to access your forms and the admin area. We reverted back to our old servers, if you are having issues accessing the site use this IP Address http://66.135.60.102/. There might be a slight delay in everyone accessing the site due to DNS issues
