The integration allows you to use any FormSpring web form to collect submissions and automatically add contacts into your Email Center Pro account. You can add even add contact details like AIM information along with general contact information. You can add tags to customers allowing you to properly find and sort entries based on the tags you create in Email Center Pro. FormSpring will look to see if a customer already exists and if so, it automatically updates that customer record.
