We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual to help us continue building stronger relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and managing email newsletters to our customers, conducting product webinars including execution & build-out of our FormSpring University and Talking Tech Series webinars and helping out with social media outreach.

Other responsibilities will include creation and execution of promotions & contests with current and prospective customers and any other community-building activities (forums, content creation, etc) we can dream up.

In addition, you will be asked to provide customer service (like every FormSpring employee) as needed and assist with pre- and post-sales follow-up.

General skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment. General web/tech skills are also a plus.

Marketing & communication skills: Strong marketing fundamentals, experience with social media platforms (Twitter, blogging, etc) and email service providers. Graphic design skills are a plus.
