In this weeks “Five Minutes With” we feature Noah Coffey, Software Developer. Noah recently joined the team at FormSpring and we are so glad to have him. Please take a few minutes to get to know Noah.
I’m very excited to dive into my new role as Marketing Specialist at FormSpring. I was first introduced to FormSpring by my brother, Ryan, who is the Support Specialist here. Having grown up the youngest of three boys and taking my fair share of lumps, I was somewhat apprehensive about working with my older brother. However, I’m happy to report that I read through the employee handbook and swirlies and pink bellies are a big “no-no” here at FormSpring. I just hope that Ryan read his handbook as well.
Hi. I’m Erica, one of the newest members (and yes, only female) to join the team here at FormSpring. You can find me fulfilling various marketing and PR roles. I grew up in a tiny town known as Rushville, Indiana (Yes, THE hometown of Nascar driver Tony Stewart). I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Marketing. Before joining the FormSpring team I worked in marketing for a local HVAC manufacturing company and a small business marketing firm.

What’s your typical day like at FormSpring? I answer support request e-mails, take phone calls and live chat with our users about sales and support issues. I also beta test new features, keep track of user feature requests, write the occasional blog post and update our documentation and help videos as needed.
In our new “Five Minutes With…” series we will profile a member of our team on Friday’s and give you a glimpse into what and who we are about.
