Often times we talk about FormSpring being used by small businesses and nonprofits, but there is also a strong number of educational institutions (Colleges, School Corps, Athletic organizations, etc.) that are using our form builder and using it in many unique ways.
We were asked the other day for tips on how you can use your online contact forms and online lead generation forms in smarter ways to really create value for you and your business. Some of the tips below might seem basic but ofter overlooked by the majority of people who are creating their online forms.
We were very excited in developing the FormSpring iPhone Apps because we knew that with the growth of the iPhone and the many technologies it uses that there would be some very good business uses for both the phone and the apps.
I registered this evening for the 2008 Masters of Business Online Conference (scheduled for October 14th, 2008 in Carmel, Indiana). Our final Gas Card giveaway has wrapped up and we are proud to announce the winners! Tina Henderson guessed $3.63, which was the correct price of of gas on September 8th.
We also had a viral component which allowed entrants to forward a link to up to 10 friends to be entered into a second drawing for another $150 card. Angela Felts was the lucky winner of that drawing.
We recently announced our new Smart Routing functionality and many of you have started using it and or at least testing it out. We wanted to do a quick post on how businesses with multiple departments can use Smart Routing with notification emails, to save time and manage their online forms quickly and efficiently.
For those of you who use the Conditional Logic (Skip/Branching) feature in your forms you know how powerful a tool it is. By providing different questions to your users, based on the answers they provide, you can quickly and easily build smart forms that obtain the data that you really need.
We are rolling out changes to FormSpring that will give you added ease of use, as well as tools that will allow you to do more with your online forms. Some of these have come from your suggestions and feature request, so we are listening, and we do check the forums to see what you want out of FormSpring, so please, keep posting your suggestions and providing your feedback!
